# Platform

> A full voice AI platform for sophisticated projects

## The whole voice stack in one account, with the controls you need

Dialogist Platform is the complete platform: robots, knowledge, telephony, queues, campaigns, analytics, integrations, team management and billing, in one place.

It is built for organisations that have outgrown a single robot. Control the prompt, the behaviour rules, the extraction schema and the routing logic. Connect a REST API and signed webhooks, build tools, and read everything back out of a call journal designed for millions of records.

## Capabilities

### Advanced robot editor

A structured prompt editor with line numbers and folding, alongside the greeting, behaviour rules, voice, languages, post-call extraction and transfer rules. Everything the wizard produced stays visible and editable — nothing is hidden behind a generated black box.

### Knowledge Hub with GraphRAG retrieval

Group knowledge into collections, add files or whole sites via sitemap, and preview exactly how your content was split into searchable pieces. Relationship-aware retrieval and question-oriented indexing work behind the scenes, and a retrieval test shows precisely what the robot would find.

### Telephony handled as a product feature

A managed number, your own number over SIP, or a Dialogist-issued SIP trunk for your existing PBX. Where a country requires identity documents before a number can be activated, Dialogist collects them, submits them, tracks status and tells the account owner at every step.

### Queues with live statistics

Calls waiting, service level, abandonment rate and wait time, updating in real time. When a queue grows, Dialogist suggests adding operators rather than letting calls drop.

### Public API, webhooks and tools

A REST API for contacts, campaigns and results, plus signed webhooks for finished calls. Ready-made tool blocks let a robot look up a customer, check availability and create records without anyone writing code.

### Post-call data extraction

Every call produces a structured summary: the outcome, the fields you defined — name, date, interest level — and signals such as sentiment. That structure feeds the journal, the dashboards, the alerts and your CRM.

### Analytics built for volume

A searchable call journal with transcripts, recordings and extracted fields, plus dashboards over a dedicated analytical store designed for millions to tens of millions of calls. Export to CSV whenever you need it.

### A visual designer for custom tools [Planned]

Build a custom tool without writing code, in a floating workspace rather than a settings form.

_Items marked planned or roadmap are not available today. Everything else ships now._

## Questions

### Which CRMs are supported?

Creatio at launch, with a connector covering the common operations — find, create and update records. More connectors are on the way.

### Can I add behaviour without a developer?

Yes. Most teams stay in the wizard and the advanced editor. The visual tool designer, for building custom actions without code at all, is planned for a later release.

### How is pricing structured?

Two things to buy: a subscription for the number of simultaneous calls you need, called operators, plus prepaid minute packs. Numbers carry a fixed monthly fee. Credits never expire and there are no per-seat or per-feature charges.

### Can multiple organisations share one login?

Yes. Agencies and resellers run robots for several clients from a single account, switching between organisations in one click. Each organisation's robots, knowledge, numbers, data and billing stay strictly separate.

### What roles exist?

Five, nested so each includes everything below it: Owner, Admin, Creator, Manager and Analyst. Custom roles are planned.

### Can a robot fetch customer data before it speaks?

Yes. For outbound calls and recognised inbound numbers the robot can look the customer up first, so the conversation opens personalised rather than generic.
